If you are coach Garner, you couldn't ask for a better start in their game against Paris High. North Lamar shot 50% from the field (11/22). They out-rebounded the Wildcats 12-10 and they only trailed by one point 31-30.

The second half, though, was a different story. It started under the goal too as the Panthers got out-rebounded 24-5 in the second half. Many of those coming on the offensive side of the ball. Of the 34 rebounds for Paris, 17 of them were offensive rebounds.

The third quarter doomed the Panthers as they were outscored 21-9 in the frame. After that, Paris would cruise to a 69-53 victory over North Lamar. The Panthers are 0-1 in district play and will travel to Atlanta on Tuesday night to face the Rabbits.
