Wetlands Serve as Classroom Learning

North Lamar’s AP Biology class investigated the John Bunker Wetland in Seagoville, Texas, this week.  The students learned about the role of wetlands and the importance of conserving this ecosystem through hands-on field investigations.

“This was an awesome learning experience,” said Biology Instructor Teresa Bussell.   Both she and educator Jason Beeson accompanied the students on the trip.
