North Lamar’s Petkus wins Calf Scramble at Ft. Worth StockShow

Participants in the 2017 Ft. Worth Stock Show Calf Scramble from North Lamar High School are FFA members Bryce Petkus, left, and Lori Michael. Petkus won a $500 purchase certificate that will go toward a beef or dairy heifer for the 2017-2018 school year.  Michael won a pair of boots for her participation.

Petkus won a $500 purchase certificate that will go toward a beef or dairy heifer for the 2017-2018 school year.  Michael won a pair of boots for her participation.

Sophomores Lori Michaeland Bryce Petkus from North Lamar High School both participated in the Ft. Worth Stock Show Calf Scramble on January 25.  Petkus was able to catch, halter, and lead a calf across the finish line winning a $500 purchase certificate to go toward the purchase of a beef or dairy heifer for the 2017-2018 school year.  Michael was awarded a pair of boots for her participation.
