Pantherettes Dominate Texas High in Home Opener

The North Lamar Pantherettes did to Texas High what they have done for most of the season: dominate. The Pantherettes defeated Texas High 3-0 (25-18, 25-15, 25-8) to run their overall record to 9-1 on the season.

Bailey Foy and Bailee Nickerson each had nine kills to lead the team. Foy also went 15/17 from the service line and had three aces. Jacie McFatridge led the team in blocks with four solo and eight assisted. Haley Porter finished the game with 20 assists for North Lamar.

The JV team defeated Texas High in three sets (25-12, 22-25, 25-19) while the freshman easily won in two (25-7, 25-2).

The Varsity team will be in Tyler beginning Thursday to play in the Tyler Tournament.
